- 03Trenching and pipingMainline and lateral lines are trenched and installed, sleeved under hardscape where it crosses.
- 04Heads, drip and valvesHeads are set to grade, drip is laid to the planting, and valves are grouped in accessible boxes.
- 05Program and walk-throughWe test every zone with you and set an initial schedule.
Preparation, drainage and durability
Lines that cross under new hardscape get sleeved during construction so future repairs never require cutting concrete or lifting pavers.

Irrigation Systems questions we get
- Can you add irrigation to an existing yard?
- Yes. We work around established planting and restore the surface after trenching.
- Drip or spray?
- Drip for beds, trees and shrubs. Spray or rotors for lawn. Most yards use both on separate zones.
- Do you install smart controllers?
- Yes, including weather-based controllers that adjust run times through the season.
- Can you find a leak?
- Usually. We isolate by zone, check pressure, and dig only where the problem actually is.
- Do you irrigate artificial turf?
- Turf does not need irrigation, but we keep adjacent bed zones working and cap any heads inside the turf area.
- Will you tie irrigation into a new patio project?
- Yes, and it is cheaper to handle it during construction than after.
