Drainage & Grading in Martinez
On Martinez hillside lots, rain runs downhill toward the house; on the flatter streets it ponds in clay that drains slowly. Golden Hills Landscape, Inc. fixes both with regrading, French drains and defined outlets. We're a short drive away in Bay Point, and owner Alonso does every estimate himself.
What matters on Martinez lots
- Soil built up against the house is pulled back and the yard is regraded to slope away.
- French drains and swales intercept water coming down a slope before it reaches the house.
- Water is sent to a legal outlet on your property, never toward a neighbor.
- Drainage is planned together with any wall, patio or steps going in.
