Before the winter rains
Fire Pit Patio Repair, New Fire Pits & Drainage in the East Bay
Fire pit areas get the most use in fall and winter, and they're often where water collects. We repair sunken or cracked pavers and concrete around existing fire pits, add drainage so the seating area doesn't flood, and build new fire pits and seating areas.
Owner Alfonso visits and prices every job himself. Based in Bay Point, serving Contra Costa and Alameda County.

Questions homeowners ask
- Why do pavers sink around a fire pit?
- Usually water is getting under them and washing out the base, or the base was too thin. We fix the drainage and rebuild the base before resetting the pavers.
- Can you build a new fire pit patio?
- Yes. We build fire pits with paver or stone seating areas, with drainage planned in from the start.
- Do fire pits need a permit?
- Rules vary by city and fuel type (wood vs gas). Alfonso flags it at the estimate, and your city has the final word.
- How much does it cost?
- It depends on the size, materials, drainage needs and whether it's a repair or a new build. We give a free written estimate after seeing the area.
